I need information regarding my VEVOR Senior Mobility Device's Ion Battery, so it can be shipped to the U.S. NONE of the googled Customer Service sites are available--and should be. VEVOR products should not be sold in the USA (OR ANYWHERE) if they cannot get their act together.

I never received the third jack I ordered from Vevor. They have no customer service!
Their chat is not working, their email responds with an AI message, and they have no phone number. They never gave me any reason why they only sent me two jacks.

Your parts availability and your customer service sucks
- - Nut loosened inside the polestar housing, destroying the winding spring; parts are unavailable, so the company switches to American-made parts.
The nut came loose inside the polestar housing and destroyed the winding spring and stripped the nut out and Ive been looking for parts and cant find any parts online or anywhere to fix this so now now our company is getting rid of the war products and going back to American made products that we can get parts for

Verified Reviewer |Resolved: I received a pin button machine on August 21 with a manufactured defect. Sent pictures right out of the shipping box and to date they will not replace the item.
- - The user sent 20+ emails with pics and videos and got generic responses.
- - They offered $10 credit instead of replacement; machine cost about $55.
MY complaint is with vevor usa not vevor europe
I told them I didn't want a refund just a replacement. They offered a 10dollar credit. I told them why would I accept a 10dollar credit to keep a defective product. I have lost money, customers, and a retail contract because I haven't been able to keep my button biz going by not have a quality and non defective machine.
They keep saying as of today. "Due to the many issues we are still looking into it and will get back to you". THERE IS ONLY ONE ISSUE I reiterated.. .
the machine has 1 issue 1 defect. Ugh
Preferred solution: A replacement with overnight shipment.

Verified Reviewer |These people keep telling me I’ve put an item together incorrectly. The items sent were OBVIOUSLY the wrong size. They keep responding that I’ve put it together incorrectly.
Its very frustrating to not be able to speak with an actual person. The parts are incorrect, but they are refusing to see that the parts would NEVER work.
Ive sent several pictures and the keep saying Ive put it together incorrectly. Anyone can see that the parts are just plain WRONG!

Item was purchased on January 7, 2026 and it has already failed on January 27, 2026. Resetting it does not work and for this company to not have customer service phone numbers where you can talk to someone, and perhaps fix it without having to uninstall it again, is totally unsatisfactory! Never again!!!

I ordered a cabinet; it arrived damaged, the box was destroyed and the cabinet damaged. They won't take it back unless I open it to prove the damage, which I already sent photos of.
But because it is automated, a human never sees it. This isn't the first time I have had problems with this company, but I can guarantee it's the last time.
