I purchased a $700.00 toilet from Vevor and now can't get ahold of anyone! I have tried online chat, calling their 855 number, and emailing!
No answer, no response! I had the toilet installed one day after receiving it and the toilet will not flush anything away!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Pushed for a full refund when they wanted to give me a partial refund over and over again with small increases in dollar value.
I found it extremely difficult to find someone who was even willing to come out and take a look at it due to its place of origin. It took me three weeks. When someone finally came out and took a look, they couldn't diagnose the issue without additional tests for leakages, etc., which were quoted at over $1000. I had been in contact with Vevor about servicing the machine before I found this person, but once I received the quote, I informed them about the situation in more detail. I expressed my desire to return the machine and get a refund since the machine had only been used for three months. However, for the past month, I have been given the runaround with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been getting an email response every other day or so, trying to persuade me to keep the machine and accept minimal compensation, even though I've clearly conveyed that I want to return the machine to them and receive a refund.
The only way to even contact customer service is through email or their online chat. There's no contact number available anywhere and when I asked for one or requested to talk to a superior who could escalate things, I was told no, and I was just advised to wait for a response.
I advise avoiding purchasing from them unless you're willing to deal with the worst customer service ever.

I purchased a water walking ball. I inflated it and a day later it was completely deflated.
I resealed the zipper and reinflated the ball. The ball deflated again. I inflated the ball for a third time and checked for leaks. There is *** next to the bottom of the zipper.
I contacted customer support and received the usual generic response saying sorry, blah blah. I will be contacted to resolve this issue. The response I received is pathetic. No instructions on how to return the item, no offer to replace the item.
I received a slap in the face offer of $50 for a useless $154.99 item.
The email stating my issue is being marked as solved is disgraceful. I am surprised it didn't say I am a valued customer to add to the insult.

Don't buy Vevor chainsaw sharpener or any other Vevor product. We bought one brand new and it doesn't even turn on.
I have been contacting them for a couple of weeks now and still haven't been helped. We even just wanted to buy a new part that my husband did electrical testing on and knew it was bad, and they wouldn't even sell us that part. After 2 weeks, they completely stopped contacting us. Don't buy anything from this company.
You can only contact them through email or chat; no phone number is available. Don't buy any of their products because if you have problems, their customer service is nonexistent and you are on your own. It's a complete runaround till you get sick of emailing them or they get sick of you. At the beginning, they act like you are the most important person in town, but after 2 weeks, they don't even know your name.
Spend the extra money and buy quality, not their junk.
We ended up throwing it in the garbage. Spent a little more and get quality.

No Customer Service - received damaged good
Received a plate compactor in a damaged box with broken wheels. Sent in a request for new wheels.
Heard back saying they will be in touch in two or three days. Never heard back until today saying they will close the ticket in the morning since I never responded. All attempts to contact them failed.
When I look at the ticket with my laptop - I only see black. I guess I will have to protest the charge.Do

Have an uploader pressure relief assembly and need to know what size the O-ring is for this product; there are two different ones. The bigger one is not round but flat, and if you try to replace it with a round one, it won't push back into the opening for the valve assembly. Is this a special O-ring?

They are still giving me the runaround trying not to backup their cheap garbage! I would have left zero stars but it would not allow me too!
Now I'm going to have to repaint the entire unit after sanding out all the spatters, large fish eyes, and unlevel paint job. The company has no live body to talk with, and even after going through their system twice, of which I have screenshots, they are requesting me to send pictures of the box and bar code sticker, which all went to the dump! This is going to cost me as much in time and labor to make it usable not to mention materials! I gave them until tomorrow to come up with a resolution or I will file a suit in small claims court for a lot more than the cost of the unit!
Their best bet would be to eat the cost and I will fix it myself! Everything I have bought so far from this company is pure junk!

- Source the cheapest asian suppliers or from whom ever
- Are not packaged well for a land & sea trip
- None of the packing is able to survive a ocean voyage

Purchased a hydraulic jack. Added grease and, upon removing the grease gun, the grease fitting broke.
Was able to remove the fitting, but could not find a replacement. Tried both 'standard' and 'metric' to no avail. Tried all ways to contact Vevor. They were no help via 'chat,' but for $53 a year, you can join their 'professional' help line.
No way, not for a $0.50 part. Last time for Vevor... sorry, I have other products from them (which are okay), but wow, no more...

I think they would just laugh at us because they know they can get away with it. I really don't know what options we have to deal with them.
