Had vevor level 2 charge station installed and RFID cards are missing. Won't work! Tried to contact their customer service to no avail.
No customer service. I have an order that was shipped out wrong and cant get any resolution. If someone hold get in touch would be great as I need my correct order
I had to hire someone to come in and weld it because it arrived broken. I couldn't get anyone to take it back and then, on top of that, the hose split and rendered my tub unusable.
I would never recommend this brand. While they have good pricing, their service repair, offering parts and return policies are horrible.
Everything about this company is terrible. They don't even contact you for customer service and when you do try to contact them, they don't get back to you.
