Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Vevor decided to issue a full refund instead of shipping a substitution.
They sent me 100% price by PayPal. No explanation for the technical malfunction been provided.
It seems we created a lot of noise and that worked. A generic apology been provided by chat.Chinese doing business philosophy remains different from European or American.
i have not received clarity from your end regarding the pre-drilled holes misalignment with my tractor front loader bucket's pre-drilled holes. very clear and self-explanatory pictures were provided to vevor last month.
if you are going to ship me the exact same product, I'm not going to install it because the holes' locations are mismatched.
i have provided vevor with the model number zz0360 that could be a good match, but I never got a confirmation from vevor about my guess.
as well, I never got a confirmation that vevor is ready to ship me such a model instead of zz0348 that I currently have.
I don't have a chance to call vevor and get straight answers to my direct questions because vevor has no customer service phone number.
our text message exchange has lasted for 1 month with no clarity and no result.
I tried to be as polite as possible with vevor, keeping my temper in check. I did not start complaining about vevor to the bbb agency.
let's make a deal: if I'm not going to get a clear answer to my problem from you this week, I'm going to start complaining about vevor and ask to return my money.
I need your clear answer: am I going to have model zz0360 shipped to my address asap or not?

Hello, i recently purchased your pond aerator, vevor 550 power 5.cfm thru amazon. My question is, once i hooked everything up, the compressor relief valve which is at the port that feeds both air lines, exiting the unit.
The relief valve is constantly hissing air, which makes it very loud, all day.
Everything else works great. Please help

Verified ReviewerPurchased a "Commercial Blender" . . . ran less than 30 cycles and the unit died.
I paid $129+tax for this blender in January 2024, and ran less than 30 cycles. I immediately contacted Vevor Support through their website.
One week later, here is the response I received:
Dear Customer,
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused to you.
We understand your difficulties.
Therefore, to make up for your loss, we will refund 42USD to your original payment account as compensation. You can keep the product without returning it. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you again.

This company is NOT in good standing with the State of California. They have not filed the required corporate Statement of Information since 2021 and are subject to being either suspended from doing business or, potentially, being administratively dissolved.

I purchased a Vevor dog washing station through Amazon for almost 300.00. Prior to the purchase, I requested from Vevor, a manual so I could see the waterline sizes ...only thing I got was ignored!
Like a fool, I bought it anyway.
The box arrived badly damaged, and it's not friendly to put together ...I can't finish it yet because I have to buy waterlines and drainage hose because their's are too short.
The manual states that once I got the station.
The door is not water tight. I requested a replacement door from Amazon .. they want me to return it and go through the whole thing again.
I told them I am not taking it apart, packaging it up in a damaged box and doing this again from scratch.
They gave me contact info for Vevor. I contacted Vevor and they said because I purchased it from Amazon it's not their problem and it's not under warranty.
I would never recommend this company to anyone or their products.

7 weeks and still waiting for them to refund or replace the faulty item. They are not helpful and offer part refunds, which is not acceptable - who would accept a 20% refund?
It's disgusting. When something has a warranty, it should be refunded in full or a replacement offered. It is completely ruined, so repair is not an option. Avoid this company at all costs.
Shocking. Purchased a VEVOR Portable Storage Shelter Garage Storage Shed, and not even 8 months after purchase, it's falling apart.
Terrible after-purchase service; have been chasing a replacement or refund as it has a 12-month warranty but getting nowhere after 7 weeks of follow-up. Don't waste your money.

Lite the oven in 5 minutes; it was almost fully on fire. I had to dump 5 gallons of water on it.
The paint was low temp. They have said they will refund, but they keep putting me off. No customer service; the bots can't even put together a sentence.
I will never buy anything from them again. In a couple of days, I'm going to run the pizza oven over and post it on TikTok shop.

This has got to be one of the worst customer service programs I've ever seen. Ordered a top creeper missing the brace, kind of hold of them.
They come up with all kinds of excuses, and then they want to give me forty dollars and get a piece made to work with it for $40. I've never dealt with anything like this before. It's just terrible. I will never buy from this place again.

Ordered a 48-inch handle chain wrench. They sent me a 24-inch handle.
When I told them it's wrong, they told me, “Well, the chain is 48 inches.” So I sent them their picture of the ad handle dimensions, which is 49.4, so more than 48.
I sent this picture two times, and the guy said, “Let me check with my tech team, just send the picture from the ad,” so I sent it a third time. I have not heard back in three days.

No reply from vevor at all.
This company stinks no integrity a rip off. Stay away cheap prices are not worth the headache if you buy from them.
The representative, Luis, offered me $22.00 to keep the item I paid $204.99, plus tax for. There was no telephone number, and only nonsensical emails that I have provided to my bank.
And my Fed Ex tracking of the item i sent back. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and telling everyone about my bad experience with this company.

System seems to work OK except for that the down outlet hose is much lower than the top of a 5 gallon bucket so it goes up and over and kinks the holes and floods the entire system. The picture of the product is deceptive because it shows that the bucket top is above the bottom outlet and therefore will not work.
A 2 gallon bucket would work but thats not sufficient water for the system to operate. There could be a simple fix or explanation but since I cant get a hold of him I will never buy anything from them again I cant even ask a simple question without sending a video and it Hass to be a video, it cannot be a picture! Also, the video has to be in a certain format.
This company makes it impossible to provide any kind of customer service and I dont recommend using them at all! If they read this in contact me and I get this fixed, I might consider amending it and giving them one star.

I purchased a Distiller back in November, it worked for 1 month and cracked and leaks. What a scam I have waited since December I haven't seen or heard a peep from any representative.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM this company, you'd do better to throw your money out of a moving car in the winter on a windy day. REPEAT, Spend your money with a company that cares.

Verified ReviewerResolved: I will give a scathing review which will include service and installation of Vevor 3 hp Deep well pump. I purchased a Vevor pump with the advertised specs for my needs. The pump failed within 2 months
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I had to reach them thru customer service contact bypassing the sales dept.
It took several contacts to finally reach the actual customer support team.. And i had to advise them i was going to give them a bad review on YouTube.
I video every aspect removal and installation process myself. It still cost me a couple thousand overall..
The pump failed within 64 days of installation.
I contacted Vevor customer service.
Their response was that since they are a supplier, they don't do refunds. That Amazon should cover it.
Vevor's return and refund statement contradicts that reply, as it states:
Welcome to Vevor.com! 'ALL OUR PRODUCTS COME WITH A 12 MONTH WARRANTY AND CAN BE RETURNED FREE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR APPROVED REASONS! The same warranty applies to replacement products. Please contact us if you have any problems!
That is until you have a problem.
This company should be banned from the U.S. along with every other fly-by-night company selling garbage imported from China. This product is not fit to put in your well. Buyer beware!!!
