Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Vevor decided to issue a full refund instead of shipping a substitution.
They sent me 100% price by PayPal. No explanation for the technical malfunction been provided.
It seems we created a lot of noise and that worked. A generic apology been provided by chat.Chinese doing business philosophy remains different from European or American.
i have not received clarity from your end regarding the pre-drilled holes misalignment with my tractor front loader bucket's pre-drilled holes. very clear and self-explanatory pictures were provided to vevor last month.
if you are going to ship me the exact same product, I'm not going to install it because the holes' locations are mismatched.
i have provided vevor with the model number zz0360 that could be a good match, but I never got a confirmation from vevor about my guess.
as well, I never got a confirmation that vevor is ready to ship me such a model instead of zz0348 that I currently have.
I don't have a chance to call vevor and get straight answers to my direct questions because vevor has no customer service phone number.

I was told to wait 10 business days. I waited 15 business days.

I paid through PayPal and have discovered that they will not refund my money, and my credit company says I cannot stop the charges. I believe I am about to lose about $500.00.

Hi, I bought a pump from Amazon. The pump broke, Amazon said to contact Vevor, so I did.
Vevor said it was out of stock, pick a different item, so I picked a different item. The item came, and the item was broken (I sent info and pics right away to Vevor). Vevor said sorry, can not do anything, out of stock again. Vevor said to contact Amazon (this has nothing to do with Amazon, it was Vevor's replacement item for the first out of stock warranty item).
I feel that Vevor is trying to rip me off as the excuse of out of stock is not my issue; I still paid for the original out of stock item. Please advise what Vevor is going to do for me. Thanks. Sandy Landon.

This company and their customer service are absolutely horrible. They do nothing to help you in any way, shape, or form when there's a problem.
My stove has been sitting in Pittsburgh since 12 February.
It is now the 24th, and they're telling me they don't know where it's at or what's going on with it, but yet they won't refund my money till they receive the stove back that I never received. They delayed the opening of my store by a week.

- - The manual says the battery requires regular maintenance to avoid damage.
- - Returned in perfect condition; support and 24/7 chat gave a runaround.
I ordered a borescope from them. Upon receiving said item, I read the owners manual, like I do with all tools, and found that the rechargeable battery requires regular attention to keep it from discharging and destroying the device.
Upon reading this, I packed the tool back upin perfect conditionand contacted Vevors returns dept. They gave me a runaround, kept asking if the tool is defective or damaged.to which the answer is Yes! Any tool designed to ruin itself is defective! Anyway, they went silent, so I contacted the 24/7 chat line, and got the runaround there, too.
This company is a joke, and their tools are obviously garbage. What a croc.
