Verified Reviewer |Resolved: ZERO Product support they do NOT sell spare parts
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They have agreed to send the replacement part. They said they would provide a tracking number for replacement part, no tracking has as yet been provided.
I was told, VEVOR does NOT sell spare or replacement parts.
I went on TrustPilot and wrote a review, I was contacted by Vevor and asked to contact them through their website. I did, they asked for the part I needed and what product it was for. I supplied every bit of info they asked for and ... silence.
No response from them.
I was then contacted by TrustPilot and told my review was flagged because Vevor felt it wasn't a "Genuine Experience". I have the conversations Vevor is a typical Chinese company and if you've EVER dealt with a Chinese company you know what I mean. They lie the screw you around, they ask for pictures then a video. They constantly ask for an order number and I told them I DON'T have one, next question...
what's your order number.. IDIOTS
Spend more get better quality and support.

I purchased a sump pump battery backup system from this company on 03/10/2024. It was delivered quickly on 03/12/2024.
I first tested the inventing function. It worked fine. I was happy for a short while and decided to buy a second unit. After placing the order for second units.
I noted that the first unit does well for inversion, but can not charge the battery. So I tried to cancel the second order a few hours after placing the order. But the their website did not let me cancel the order. Since their website clearly states that they have "30-day No-hassle Returns" policy, I was not worried about it.
After receiving the second unit, on 03/14/2024, I contacted Vevor customer support to return the first unit. Unfortunately, the support, named Ileana, did not issue a RMA number or process the return. She asked me to take a picture of the machine. I felt this company did not do what they promised on return practice and do not want to do any business with them and decided to return both units.
So I took the pictures of the both units and sent to her. One day after receiving pictures of both units, the same customer support wanted me to make videos and send them to them, otherwise they do not process the return. What a "30-day No-hassle Returns" return practice!
I decided to write this story to the public. So that buyers be aware that they do not keep their "30-day No-hassle Returns" promise/policy at all.

Impossible to deal with Chinese customer service.
Screen printing 4 color 2 station press. Very inexpensive but I got what I paid for.
Cheap and basically junk. Screen printing, especially in multiple colors requires precision alignment of screens. The production quality of this machine is horrible. Parts dont align and need, in some cases, to be bent into proper shape, require elongation of bolt holes to facilitate alignment etc.
etc. etc. yes I should have known better but Im a total newcomer to screen printing and the price was very low. Instructions were rediculous; even omitted some assembly steps.
Good machines cost about 5-6 times as much. Bought directly from Vevor online as a package.

Order number: 230831****581332****. I purchased a boxing bag stand along with some iceball-maker the 9th of September last month and I paid 1462,09 DKK for it.
When it came the box was full of holes and one BIG hole in the middle of the box, I could literally take things out of the box from the hole. I had to take out the items to take pictures of the damage, which I then did. They did not care about the box being COMPLETELY open, and a PIECE OF THE METAL sticking out of the box which is scraped of course. So I took pictures of the inside and all the things had damage, if not much then a little.
The wood was teared up and there were metal on the bottom which had fallen of the frickin bars!!! They kept saying take more pictures and each time there would go 2-4 business days before one message got answered, so they just kept dragging our conversation out, and my theory is that that are trying to do so, so they can get away with it after they 30-days period, which is insane to me. They just kept saying that they would speak to someone else and then come back with a "solution", I told them I wanted nothing short of a full refund and I don't want this broken thing in my living room anymore. They offered me less than 10 percent of the money back and then I could keep it, which I really don't want, IT DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE.
But with that said, if they were to give me a full refund, and they didn't want it back, I would just put it in the trash, luckily I can where I live. I of course am not stupid, and have issued a chargeback with my bank, but they said that it would take a while, so in the meantime I should still try to get refund, that would take a lot less resources. I do not expect a refund from this company though. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT VEVOR.COM, they are breaking the law and scamming people.

Delivery Lies
On the website the delivery was 3 days, but in reality the item was being sent from China. Customer service (Ellie) refused to tell me the truth, so I did some research.
They offered a $20 CAD refund for the inconvenience, but I would have to open a PayPal account. That was not acceptable, I told her to put the money back on my visa account. Told her I wanted to cancel the order, and then decided not to. Told her I would accept delivery, but never buy anything from them again.
She deliberately contacted their shipper and I will probably have to wait for another 23 weeks for a refund. They are nothing but liars.
After they have the money, they do not care about you. Go on take the money and run!
