Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Vevor decided to issue a full refund instead of shipping a substitution.
They sent me 100% price by PayPal. No explanation for the technical malfunction been provided.
It seems we created a lot of noise and that worked. A generic apology been provided by chat.Chinese doing business philosophy remains different from European or American.
i have not received clarity from your end regarding the pre-drilled holes misalignment with my tractor front loader bucket's pre-drilled holes. very clear and self-explanatory pictures were provided to vevor last month.
if you are going to ship me the exact same product, I'm not going to install it because the holes' locations are mismatched.
i have provided vevor with the model number zz0360 that could be a good match, but I never got a confirmation from vevor about my guess.
as well, I never got a confirmation that vevor is ready to ship me such a model instead of zz0348 that I currently have.
I don't have a chance to call vevor and get straight answers to my direct questions because vevor has no customer service phone number.
our text message exchange has lasted for 1 month with no clarity and no result.
I tried to be as polite as possible with vevor, keeping my temper in check. I did not start complaining about vevor to the bbb agency.
let's make a deal: if I'm not going to get a clear answer to my problem from you this week, I'm going to start complaining about vevor and ask to return my money.
I need your clear answer: am I going to have model zz0360 shipped to my address asap or not?

I am not going to take this out of the box and set it up again since I know I DO NOT WANT THIS ICE MAKER! Send a pickup for this machine so I can try finding a machine that makes full size cubes but is somewhere near $250 to $350 dollars. If you have a full size cube machine I would be glad to exchange this machine and pay the difference. NO MACHINES THAT CAN ADJUST THICKNESS!

ventilation but it has been 90 degrees all week.
I don't know if it might work better if I insulated it more? The reason I bought it is because I need an ice machine out near the pool all summer. I've been searching for ice makers and problems with melting ice when it's hot outside.so I had it in my outside bar area with good ventilation and 2 walls, not just an open bar. An actual building.
I just don't know what to do with your machine. My son has a larger machine that makes full size solid cubes and it is actually outside. He uses it all year without problems. Yes he paid $400 for it but it isn't much bigger than this one.
If I could make thicker, solid cubes I would be happy but this machine doesn't seem to make a solid cube. Any ideas?

Adjusting the time -8 to 08 means adding or subtracting 8 minutes from the original time. Normal ice making time is like 10-15 minutes.
The longer the time, the thicker the ice will be. It is not recommended that customers adjust the time is too long, the ice is too thick will lead to fall down, display failure.

I want full cubes for keeping drinks cold at the pool. Is the 20 minute a large cube or longer? If I can't get at least a 0.9 x 0.9 cube, I won't be able to use this machine.
It is in the 80's and 90's here in Floridas summer so I need solid cubes. Smaller, thin cubes melt too fast. If this machine can't make at least a 0.9 x 0.9 cube, I will need a machine that can make them. I only need a few pounds of ice per day at the most, usually only 2 or 3 pounds per day.
Let me know if this machine will make those cubes and if it can, how do I do it. If it can't, I need to send it back, hopefully you have a replacement machine that can work for me.

I was sent a broken/malfunctioning heat press. They refused to refund me my money or send me a new one.
I paid $140 and they offered to give me a $20 refund or take it to a local professional to get fixed. I dont live by a local professional nor should I have to do that when it was send to me broke. They also took way too long to get back with me to the point where I had to buy a different one. How are you going to offer a $20 refund on $140 when its your fault?!
Btw this is a China/Asian based company. Not a US company.
My business is out revenue because of them. This isnt how you run a business.

I had a pressure garden hose cart bought as a present. When erected the connector is too near the drum so the hose wont connect.
Their website wont accept replies in-spite of requesting tracking and order numbers which had already been supplied.

I have a Vevor pump and sand filter and I need the pieces that screw on the pump so you can glue hard pipe in it. This is the hardest place to contact anyone. All I need is the pieces showed in pictures or a part number with description of sizes IT is a two piece part a plastic fitting with a ring that screws to the pump
Extremely poor customer service, poor product quality
I purchased a Vevor dog washing station through Amazon for almost 300.00. Prior to the purchase, I requested from Vevor, a manual so I could see the waterline sizes ...only thing I got was ignored!
Like a fool, I bought it anyway.
The box arrived badly damaged, and it's not friendly to put together ...I can't finish it yet because I have to buy waterlines and drainage hose because their's are too short.
The manual states that once I got the station.
The door is not water tight. I requested a replacement door from Amazon .. they want me to return it and go through the whole thing again.
I told them I am not taking it apart, packaging it up in a damaged box and doing this again from scratch.
They gave me contact info for Vevor. I contacted Vevor and they said because I purchased it from Amazon it's not their problem and it's not under warranty.
I would never recommend this company to anyone or their products.

It's disgusting. When something has a warranty, it should be refunded in full or a replacement offered. It is completely ruined, so repair is not an option. Avoid this company at all costs.
Shocking. Purchased a VEVOR Portable Storage Shelter Garage Storage Shed, and not even 8 months after purchase, it's falling apart.
Terrible after-purchase service; have been chasing a replacement or refund as it has a 12-month warranty but getting nowhere after 7 weeks of follow-up. Don't waste your money.

Lite the oven in 5 minutes; it was almost fully on fire. I had to dump 5 gallons of water on it.
The paint was low temp. They have said they will refund, but they keep putting me off. No customer service; the bots can't even put together a sentence.
I will never buy anything from them again. In a couple of days, I'm going to run the pizza oven over and post it on TikTok shop.

I ordered some products that I normally would buy at Home Depot, but the same products were able to be purchased directly from them. I had two orders made 13 hours apart; one order had 12 items on it.
I received all those items; I even helped the FedEx driver unload it, and we counted it together, and I signed once. Then I found out that the other order, which was supposed to arrive a couple of days later, shows as received and signed for by me. There were no other packages on this driver's truck.
I took a picture of the pile so they could see that I did not sign for these two other items, nor did I sign a second time for a second order with FedEx. They refuse to give me a refund or reship me the two items.
