Hubby gave the 5gal and pump for my birthday. Pump fan will not turn.

No vacuum. No phine number to call help

I ordered rope for a job over a week ago they sent me out a heat machine instead of rope now I spent over an hour and a half on the live chat waiting to get this resolved and I am still waiting find a different place to purchase your materials

I have played with this machine thru the manual instructions and still cannot get the ice thickness lowered. Never had oriblems with my manitiwoc ice machine.

I went the scooter yesterday. It stopped working on me.

Its hard 20 something dollars for me to use something.

Difficulty in returning an incorrectly indicated product, pegboard panels that had wrong surface coatings. Multiple times emailed, attempted phone calls, and spoke with Amazon, a hub for this seller and the shipper for this item.

I want to return for a full refund; I no longer wish to receive an exchange. It's too difficult to get true customer service or support.

Think twice before shopping here. They like playing games; I do not.

Better product performance before sale', I have purchased many products, in my 75 years, and none are as difficult to get help with as Vevor.

I've tried to enter an order detail number from an air compressor I bought off Amazon, and it shows nothing. I have a factory warranty on it, and I can't get through.

This company seems to be deceptive at best. Don't count on the warranty; the pump just stopped pumping air.

Hi, I bought a freezer from eBay. It worked perfectly, then stopped.

I live in the Bahamas, so there is no way to return it. I traced the fault to the control board.

I ordered an item that was $100. Fedex delivered the package with a picture but the house in the picture was not mine or any of my neighbors.

Fedex said that vevor needs to file a claim but there's no one to talk to. You can do the AI generated chat but it just repeats what it sees about the item which says item was delivered.

I argued with fedex but they said I need the claim number from vevor which I can't get cause I can't talk to an actual person. I still haven't received a refund or the item.

No customer support available, product doesn't work, arrived late, NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL!!! !!! !!!

They never answered me back on helping solve the problem of not operating properly. Finally got my son-in-law to help me solve it!
