I purchased two VEVOR Electric Car Jack, 5-Ton/11023 LBS Hydraulic Jack with Electric Impact units. One of them had its air compressor parts stop working on the jack combo.
The other unit stopped receiving power completely – the jack and the compressor no longer work. I have been trying to get in contact with customer service for a month. One of the units broke down last month, and the other stopped working today, December 16, 2024. I purchased these items; one of them was bought 10 months ago, the other 11 months ago.
Trying to get in contact with someone, either via cell phone or business phone, has been a complete failure. I even have to pay to speak with someone to fix the issue.
This situation has truly been troublesome. I love the idea of the items, but the fact that they are defective and malfunctioning with no one able to help, or a way to return or send the items back, is truly tedious.
- Idea of having a air jack and air compressor torque wrench combo is awesome
- Having the items malfunction within a years time with no way to contact anyone

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They offered a coupon for my inconvenience
I have contacted Vevor customer service and they won't accommodate me with some sort of compensation for my inconvenience as well as time and loss due to this issue and are now ignoring me! Also I filed a claim with the shipper UPS and was contacted only once and was told if they found the item to be returned to the sender (Vevor) in which it has that they would try and offer me some sort of compensation as well but so far a week and it's been returned to sender and I'm sure they're aware of it and I haven't heard or received nothing!
I've sent multiple emails, messages on their page being they don't have a phone number and no reply or response back except someone on email saying his apologies and nothing he can do being I was refunded even though I lost $10.96 in points from a previous purchase due to the refund that I didn't initiate and alot of time and money lost being I needed these and had to re order and wait almost a month to get them again! I'm pissed!

Not the tree picture very misleading.
I bought a Christmas tree three weeks ago it's not the tree seen on the website. I was sent a skimpy tree and I can't send it back .
I have emailed, filed out complaint still getting the run around .
It has been two weeks and all I get is they want to give partial refund. I don't want the tree!
Have no way to reach them for defective item
Coin sorter continually jams and does not put in the right coin . Now can I get my coins off the machine to return.
This was not an inexpensive item And I expected a much better machine for the money.
Do not recommend this at all for anyone who has a large amount of coins to sort. As soon as I can get my coins out of the machine it's being returned immediately

I took the camera out of the box. It already had the protection thing on the camera.
I charged it following the instructions, and I get no picture from the camera, just a blue screen.
I don't know what else to do. Please help.
Preferred solution: See if I did something wrong or you guys can help me fix the blue screen.Otherwise I want a whole new Pipe Inspection system.

Verified Reviewer |Pool pump motor won’t fit pump housing as advertised and Vevor won’t refund
I ordered a pool pump motor for my Hayward Super Pump pool pump. The motor doesnt fit the pump housing ( see pictures) I notified Vevor, sent pictures and after a week I was offered a ridiculous amount of $20 on a $120 purchase if I keep the motor.
The motor is useless to mess it doesnt fit.
I want a refund and return this to Vevor. I am very dissatisfied and wouldnt recommend ordering anything from this company.

I have paid hundreds of dollars for a package that has yet to be delivered. I've asked for a refund and I keep being told they will send me an email.
I've received several emails, but none of them offer a solution nor a delivery of the package, and I've asked several times for a refund. I have a business to run and need the equipment; I am losing a lot of money.

Went to set my time and heat on my 8 in 1 heat press and will only reach 40 F. It's my 1 St time setting up and I've had it since April.

still wont let me return so i initiated a dispute with my bank for a refundvevor may still provide me with a prepaid shipping label to return inverter
I purchased a spindle inverter for 3kva. It doesn't have 3kva because I have a 2.3 kva motor and it will not start.
I requested to send it back but they won't do it. I have to file a complaint with BBB and contact the bank for a refund.
Basically, I'll have to send it to recycling. It is garbage.

I purchased an induction cooktop model K1006. It is virtually useless as it burns food even on setting 1.
All it is good for is boiling water. No phone number, no support.
Terrible company. Never buy their products.
