Terrible customer service and two broken items , that Vevor will not replace

New ReviewerHi, I bought a pump from Amazon. The pump broke, Amazon said to contact Vevor, so I did.
Vevor said it was out of stock, pick a different item, so I picked a different item. The item came, and the item was broken (I sent info and pics right away to Vevor). Vevor said sorry, can not do anything, out of stock again. Vevor said to contact Amazon (this has nothing to do with Amazon, it was Vevor's replacement item for the first out of stock warranty item).
I feel that Vevor is trying to rip me off as the excuse of out of stock is not my issue; I still paid for the original out of stock item. Please advise what Vevor is going to do for me. Thanks. Sandy Landon.

User's recommendation: be careful when buying off amazon.ca when using this sub-company terrible support and can not actually speak to a person , just email ya back same lies, should be out of business.
Monetary Loss: $150.
Preferred solution: just a replacement or store credit , as this was a replacement for a item that broke in the first place, second item so called out of stock .
Vevor Cons: So support, No person or manager to call to explain issue.
